Jonathan Zeisser and Concealing Attorney Misconduct
Jonathan Zeisser is an intake investigator at the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation. He was called on by former OLR Director Keith Sellen to "fix" complaints in order to conceal attorney misconduct. As new Director Timothy Samuelson mandates, Zeisser simply "fixes" complaints differently to match the liberal tone of providing for a two-tiered justice system in Wisconsin.
In nearly every case, Zeisser conceals attorney misconduct for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Keeping it out of reach of public view or consumption.

In the Michael Bell Jr. case, District Attorney Graveley fabricated forensic evidence to falsely make it appear as if Mr. Bell was lunging for an officers weapon. In a widely publicized Netflix series, examining attorney misconduct in Wisconsin, public defender Len Kachinsky was accused of serious attorney misconduct leading to a wrongful conviction. Zeisser failed to provide any accountability to the Wisconsin public defender system which regularly provides ineffective assistance of counsel and is accused of willful violations of their duty to defendants throughout Wisconsin. Between 2016-2018, Zeisser enabled alleged sexual assault in Burnett County by failing to properly discipline former Burnett County District Attorney William Norine. Mr. Norine was accused of sexual assault and sent sexually explicit messages to numerous female defendants in Burnett County, Wisconsin. Specifically, numerous national media outlets reported that Mr. Norine had attempted to engage in sexual activities with defendants appearing before the Burnett County Circuit Court. The same defendants that Mr. Norine was personally prosecuting for state drug crimes. We have it on good information that Mr. Norine, did, in fact, engage in sexual activities with defendants for years where Director Sellen and Zeisser either turned a blind eye or failed to properly investigate. In line with Director Sellen and Intake Investigator Zeisser's inept failures, it is believed that Director Sellen categorically failed to refer Mr. Norine to federal authorities for criminal prosecution or a civil rights cirminal investigation solely because that would have otherwise implicated other officers of the Burnett County Circuit Court.
In 2015, Sellen allowed Assistant District Attorney Steffen to drive drunk and falsify documents. It is no surprise then, that, in 2021, according to reports, Zeisser allowed Steffen to "record[] women, without their knowledge, while [Steffen] was having sex with them. One of the women was being prosecuted by Steffen at the time for several crimes, and said they had sex in his office, during work hours" (See June 10, 2022 WQOW Article Titled 'Former Burnett County Assistant DA's trial to be held in St. Croix County)
In 2020, Zeisser permitted Minnesota attorney K. Jon Breyer to practice law in Wisconsin without a law license to conceal former Chief Justice Abrahamson's clerk, Peter R. Mayer, illegal 2017 extrajudicial rendition in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin.
Conclusion
